    Typically, shipping ipe lumber can be a challenge due to the weight of the over-sized pallets. Many other woods share this characteristic, but due to the density and overall weight of ipe, it's not surprising that other lumber companies have huge shipping costs.

    Don't worry!  At the Ipe Decking Co., we have taken the hassle out of shipping for you.  Our costs are minimal because we own multiple mills throughout the country. We pass those savings on to you!

    We will have your order ready and will deliver it right to your home or job site in days, not weeks. All you have to do is tell us when and where, we'll take care of the rest.

    Shipping Details

    • Product preparation time
      • Ordering custom cuts that are not in stock will extend shipping times. The wood must be imported, cut and kiln dried, etc. We will keep you informed as the process moves forward and will do our best to exceed your expectations.
    • Transit time
      • We manage your shipment from Point A to Point B. Even though decking material isn't as easy to ship as, say, a letter, we hope you understand that shipping times can vary depending on weather conditions, and the distance between locations. 
      • Despite varying conditions, we have perfected our shipping lines. Our transit times are measured in days, not weeks like other lumber companies.
